rearranging them in my home.  I have contacted my local representiatve about the damage twice by e-mail but have not had a reply. The agent was great until we needed some help.  Then his suggestion was that I contact Atlas.  My response was…then why did I have him??  Additional expenses were incurred due to the “shuttle” service.  Others in my building have moved without that…by Atlas.  I did not agree with that extra expense.  Seemed like Atlas’s poor planning, not mine. It took almost 10 hours to load the truck. His assistant left my tv cable and some legs at the house. fortunately for me I found them. He said I could not put sofa bed in bedroom while the assistant said it was possible. He did not even want to attempt it. Said it would destroy the door way. I would like someone to come out and check it. He set the bed up wrong and did not put all the screws and bolts and it collapsed on me. The assistant on the delivery was amazing and I would use him any day of the week. I DO NOT WANT THE DESTINATION VAN OPERATOR BACK IN MY HOME. Agent in Key West said all the right things but I don’t think he followed up nor insured it was handled or stored correctly. Cost were never explainted nor an estimate given and of course it was much more than expected.  I do not know how much to pay packers and pick up people until they were through and then the office guessed and said how about this amount.  Also, I do not believe I received all my belongings as it is still stored to the house not being ready to unpack. Driver was great but items appear to be missing. Such as hammock that was not boxed and several boxes — but we have not found nor have we been able to go through eveythings yet.  I did not check off each item as they were removed from the truck as we were busy trying to help the driver figure out how to get out of here as it is difficult for the large truck.
