Richard told us the total amount due.  We SHOULD have been notified of the additional charges before hand because we paid by bankers check so we were processing the amount previously discussed before the Van Operator should up at the destination. Very courteous group.  When I discussed the dismay in delays…shuttle requirement…I thought that I had been reassured and guaranteed there would be no extra charge.  They were the best Tampa Bay Movers we could have asked for. Somehow that conversation was denied.  While additional charges were anticipated, charges for that purpose were not anticipated nor were they appreciated. I would not use an “agent” in the future.  Seemed like a great idea at the beginning…but not at the end. Very professional job on both ends! The two men who both picked up and delivered our furniture and goods are excellent!   Thank you!!! My dining room table arrived without 3 of its feet and wobbles terribly. I want them replaced as stated in the insurance contract. The driver said my computer table was particle board. I signed a release of particle board, but the whole top of my computer table was destroyed in the move. I do not know if the table is particleboard or not and would like someone to come out and check it. Scratch on a speaker. Scratch on large speaker. I DO NOT WANT THE DESTINATION DRIVER BACK IN MY HOME. I WANT AN APPRAISER AND SOMEONE ELSE REPLACING AND FIXING ITEMS. The move went far better than I imagined it would.  Great job!! Jim was great, and so was Jon.                                                                                                    lack of follow up, I was moved over a month ago and am still missing an item. I just recieved the second missing item this past weekend and have had to make a total of 9 calls thus far to recover my items. I will be making another call tomorrow about my missing final item. There does not seem to be much concern or urgency regarding my missing items. I don’t ever plan to move with a moving company again.  It is a lot more money for wishy-washy service.  The movers themselves were great, but the rest of the service needs much improvement. being told one thing and then someone else telling me something different I would say it was far from a well coordinated move.Driver making me run errands to get tape and tools. I discovered several items had been damaged in the move.  I was disappointed that the operator didn’t point it out and even more disappointed that I haven’t heard from the local representative in response to my two e-mails reporting the damamge.
